Produced in cooperation with a series of qualified Personal Trainers and Health professionals our fitness resource allows your staff to simply and effectively deliver challenging and engaging circuit based fitness lessons using only the equipment available in most schools. Split into ‘Fun Fitness, Fitness Friends & Personal Best’ categories this resource gives you the opportunity to deliver a 12 week fitness intervention for any age group in school. The flexibility of the resource also allows you to tailor your fitness programme to suit your students and the time you have.
The resource provides over 200 professionally produced activity cards split into weekly lessons with each week including a guide to your work out and up to 6 activities. The cards include photos and detailed descriptions giving you the confidence to support your class and the ability to design your own circuit, or stick to the ones we’ve recommended.
